Veerabramendra swamy matam BANAGANAPALLI and Belum guhalu

On my way back from Kurnool, I first visited banagana Palli then went to Belum Caves which is about 20 kms from banaganapalli. In banagana palli I saw the Veera bramendra swamy .Matam. The matham is located on the road side about 200 yards away and in the village outskirts. I prayed to Bramam garu to save me from the trouble this separation from my kith and kin and reuite the family.
After praying to veerabramhendra swamy at Banaganapalli I moved to Belum caves (Bilum in Sanskrit) which is just 20 kms awy. The ticket to the site is 25 rupees and they will take the bacth of 25 people at a time 1030 am we started to go inside the caves and it took less than 2 hours. The caves are majestic as these formed out of calcium rock. and dissolution of calcium minerals in flood waters. It is made public for viewing during 1980. although it was discovered 100 years agao by a british fellow. Inside there are indictions that the place was used by Buddist monks for meditation. some calcium rocks hanging structures give beatuful music like sound as we touch and hit with a stick if  large pressure used it may break the rock so, we should exercise caution not to damage the rock. Guide is with us and he will take care of any such prohibited activities from the guests. it is a memorable event.
